Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury is the result of a vision – a special care program of rehabilitation and recovery to serve individuals with complex needs such as brain injury, neurobehavioral disorders, spinal cord injury, complex medical recovery, ventilator care and ventilator weaning. We were conceived as a program that would assist individuals with challenging issues including those who may have been seen as poor rehabilitation candidates.  Northeast has a 1-Star Overall CMS Rating, 1-star health inspection, 4-star quality measures, and 4-star staffing.

Premier Rehab

Premier Short Term Rehabilitation Unit

Northeast Center’s premier State-of-the-art unit provides Subacute Care that returns patients to their highest level of functioning after injury, illness or surgery. Conveniently located on the northeast Center Campus with a dedicated entrance on the East Side of the Main Building.

Our beautiful, newly remodeled Short Term Rehabilitation Unit is the place for you to go when you are ready to leave the hospital and aren’t quite ready to return to your activity levels. We will design a personal care plan for you to help you return to health and wellbeing as soon as possible under the direction of doctors, nurses, therapists and other experts in rehabilitation.
